Enhancing Georgia’s Capacity to Counter Targeted WMD Assassination Attempts (Phase 2)

The Phase II of ‘Enhancing Georgia’s Capacity to Counter Targeted WMD Assassination Attempts’ project was the continuation of CSD’s efforts to better Georgia’s capacity to identify and respond to potential WMD assassination attempts by Russia, making Georgia more resilient and secure from Russia’s malign influence. 

The overall objectives of the program were to address policy and practice gaps with a view of increasing Georgia’s capacity to counter WMD attacks as well as other CBRN threats, and to provide thematic capacity building for policy level experts and civil servants.
