BUILDING A COMMON FUTURE WHILE MANAGING CYBER CRISES/CYBER CONSULTATIONS WITH GEORGIA, MOLDOVA AND UKRAINE

On July 4- 6 2022, EU Cyber Direct in cooperation with CSD, conducted a three-day event “Building A Common Future While Managing Cyber Crises/Cyber Consultations with Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.” The event aimed to better understand the security environment across the region, identify common interests and opportunities for cooperation in strengthening cyber resilience at national and regional levels. 

The discussions focused on understanding cyber crises and opportunities for cyber diplomacy. Speakers discussed the issues related to strengthening state and societal cyber resilience, critical infrastructure protection, countering foreign interference and building defences through cyber diplomacy.

Government officials and diplomatsx of the EU and subject matter experts from Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine were invited to the event.
