Since 2021, Professor Dr. William B. Farrell is a member of our International Advisory Board. Dr. Farrell is a professor at the University of Maine School of Policy and International Affairs. Also, he is a Principal Consultant at Maine-based Swordfish Consulting International, LLC. He has worked in leadership positions in multilateral organizations, the United States Government, the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and implementing organizations over the past twenty-five years. Dr. Farrell holds a Ph.D. from the University of Maine with a focus on Political Science and International Affairs. Prior to his doctoral studies, he earned a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a BA, magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
