"Center for Strategy and Development" announces a vacancy for a junior researcher (short-term) within the framework of the project "Strengthening the capacities of Georgia for the prevention of violent extremism and radicalization". The position of a junior researcher in the mentioned project envisages inclusion in the research process of assessing the violent extremist risks facing Georgia.

Introduction
Work Description
- Conducting 14 interviews;
- Facilitation/participation in 14 focus groups;
- Coding of conducted interviews and focus groups data;
- Review of relevant literature.
Qualification Requirements
The candidate is preferred:
- to be a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences;
- have experience working on research projects;
- Have at least two years of experience conducting interviews and focus groups and preparing transcripts.
- Possess high level of English and Georgian languages (in the case of English, it is preferable to submit a certificate of language proficiency). Possession of an additional foreign language (French, German, Russian, Arabic) will be considered an advantage;
- own the necessary programs for statistical data processing (SPSS, Rstudio)
- Possess ICT skills.

- At least 2 research projects implemented in the past.
