Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage and monitor the project Facebook group.
- Content management of the group: Share relevant thematic resources, articles and news based on the program’s goals (e.g., combating TFGBV, developing digital skills, supporting women entrepreneurs).
- Organize monthly thematic masterclasses: Ensure timely communication with group members about session registration and relevant materials.
- Develop a work plan/strategy to maintain group member engagement and plan long-term activities.
- Provide information to group members about additional programs and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze group engagement characteristics (e.g., participation in discussions, attendance at masterclasses)
- Communicate with designers to create visual materials for the Facebook group.
- Assist participants with technical issues/problems in the group and ensure smooth operation of group activities.
- Facilitate active engagement of group members in discussions, surveys, and question-and-answer sessions.
Qualification Requirements
- Education: Social Sciences, Journalism and Mass Communications, Business or Marketing.
- Experience in managing social platforms
- Work experience: At least two years of experience working in an NGO, international organization
Work location: Tbilisi, part-time (30%), remote
